This was my second experience in working with Jonathan and Karen. Both times, the support and guidance I received was so helpful and made the process of buying and selling a relatively painless experience. Jonathan was always ready to wade through my sometimes long questions, matching my need for detail with his own attention to detail, and help me to see things visually, using Excel spreadsheets when he recognized that was my language for comparing options.
