Haven't used the services but observed a Gelderman vehicle in Guelph driving like an idiot today. Speeding and passing on a solid line. Do with that what you may.
We have this group at our condo community and the snow removal is a joke. The visitor sections hasn't been cleared all season. In previous years with other providers they have requested visitors be open for a time for cleaning but this company, although being paid to clear visitors, can't be bothered to follow through. For 2 yrs we've had the pleasure of having Gelderman for all our snow and landscaping needs. We started with Owen and Mike managing the property then Nicole was given our property once they moved up in the company. When we had an issues without hesitations Owen and Nicole offered to meet on site to go over any miscommunication on services and constantly overseeing the property to ensure we are in good hands.
