Wish I could give zero stars. This management company likes to take advantage of college students who have little or no experience with shady propert management companies. So parents beware if you want to rent any place for your children. Read your lease because if you don't you won't know that they will be getting over on you when you move out. Over charging to replace simple inexpensive things in the apartment is just 1 example. Renters beware
