Their gelato is hand made and delicious. Unfortunately when they opened up the Winter Garden location they picked the wrong spot. They need to be downtown WG.
Hours are completely inconsistent. Google says 9 AM, online ordering says 11 AM, and when I arrived at 11:45 AM there was a sign on the door saying “be back at 11:30.” I then checked the website, which (buried at the bottom) mentions “summer hours” starting at 12 PM — and it’s only May. I waited outside until 12:05 PM, and during that time employees saw me waiting for over 20 minutes but didn’t bother to come out or communicate what was going on.
