They barely had any options for gelato flavours and for $12.30 USD price each the ice cream doesn’t live the hype of gelato nor is it worth the price. Everything felt like too much sugar was added and the flavour wasn’t rich (tried a few flavours with the spoons). I hope there’s better gelato options elsewhere in the city. Was disappointed for the high star rating with lots of reviews and high prices. The girl working there was really nice, helpful and amazing. Review is purely on the ice cream. Service was great.

Amazing gelato in Downtown Winter Park! Gelato-go is hands down the best gelato spot in the entire Orlando area. Their gelatos and sorbets are extremely delicious — super tasty, fresh, and clearly made with top-quality ingredients. Gelato Go is hands down one of the best gelato spots in Orlando. The gelato is incredibly creamy, authentic, and full of flavor—just like what you find in Italy. Every flavor tastes fresh and perfectly balanced. The place is always clean, the staff is friendly, and you can tell they really care about quality. Whether you're getting a classic like pistachio or trying one of their seasonal flavors, it never disappoints. If you're in Orlando and love real Italian gelato, this place is a must!

I really wanted to enjoy a nice gelato experience, but my visit to Gelato To Go last night was concerning. While the gelato itself was good, the hygiene practices of the staff were alarming. I observed employees touching the garbage can and then handling spoons and gelato with the same hands, without gloves or any visible hand sanitation. This lack of basic hygiene makes it difficult to feel comfortable eating there. I hope management takes this seriously and implements proper food safety protocols.
