Great rotating selection of flavors. They make certain flavors more consistently but still rotate those every couple days so there is usually something new to try. But they also prepare unique limited time flavors, even collaborative flavors with other local businesses. They have done an ale flavored gelato with Fort Nonsense Brewery, and guava plantain cheese gelato with Zoelily Empanadas. Flavors have never disappointed.
