Well, to begin, I did like Haven. Fast, and pretty decent nail art. I tried to rebook but was ghosted by her. When the place fired Kai, then proceed to bad mouth her. I was turned off as well. I will be bringing my business to Kai at her new spot.
Yvonne did an excellent job. Her attention to detail is superb. She asks clarifying questions during the process to make sure you get exactly what you want.
Yvonne always does amazing work!! Usually I have some idea for what I want, and other times I give her creative freedom. But no matter what, she always delivers!
