Unfortunately I believe this doctor discriminates according to health insurance. An exam that should have taken one visit took three separate visits. Followed by a non-service, where the doctor refused service the doctors response was there was too much drama and he didn't want to deal with it. However when you feel to see was that it was his receptionist and his scheduling that caused confusion.
