They are so rude I would never recommend them to anyone for anything
These guys are the rudest people I've ever had to deal with on the phone and in person They charge a storage fees $70 a day on days they are closed which is illegal in Albany country!! If you can afford the $265 on the spot plus $6 a mile to have them bring it to your garage you regularly go to do it !! Be warned if you get in a accident on I90 or 787 this is the company you'll have to deal with !! Just a awful experience dealing with them just straight Rude Rude Rude !!

The worst towing company anyone could possibly get. Stay away from this place, as they’ll charge you an arm & a leg , for the shittiest attitude, most horrible customer service. Yeah, no one wants to be there (agreed), I crashed & needed a tow right down the road. But this is his job, & the way he responded to me when I was nothing but respectful, shows how little of empathy this company has for people. If this isn’t the job you enjoy or embrace, don’t do it. 🤷 Moral of the story, don’t get a tow here.
