I typically dont ever leave companies a bad review so if I do this you earned it. I left one star because I had to but with that being said here we go! So I called for a 12 miles tow through Verizon roadside assist and immediately got a call from there dispatch. They lady told me I had 1 person in front of me and then the driver would be on the way. I have used my roadside assistance 3 times in total with today being the 3rd. The last 2 times I needed roadside assistance, Those Auto Towing Services were EXCELLENT!!! They didn't make me wait for 4 hours or more in freezing temperatures without any communication on what's their status. Plus, I was given a ride with the other drivers with my car in tow and wasn't asked to call someone else to give me a ride to wherever I wanted my vehicle towed too, after I had already waited almost 2 hours on them to arrive in the first p... read more
i wasn't allowed to ride with the driver because there were trainers. When the car was finally dropped off, the driver was by himself. There was a snowstorm, it was freezing outside and my car was in the ditch yet i couldn't ride with the driver. I was lucky a good Samaritan gave me a ride. The woman from Geist who called me on the phone to inform me about the time of arrival of the tow truck spoke with no concern for life obviously. i am just glad to have gotten my car from the ditch.
After an already hard Monday I got a complete flat on the way home from work; and, I am a commuter so there was no way I was walking home. Kevin arrived and got my car ready to tow so quickly, it was the biggest relief. Incredibly polite man and very professional. That’s the kind of customer service that keeps people coming back
