DO NOT use Senior Doc if you're in San Diego County!!! They are based in Orange County and anything out of OC they are worthless! My parents had Senior Doc in OC for a year or so and they had a wonderful Dr who always kept me informed, kept their prescriptions filled and stayed on top of any referrals they needed. A few months back I moved my parents to San Diego County. What a disaster! The first Dr wasn't dependable, didn't refill prescriptions when needed, and was very hard to get ahold of. Would be zero stars if I could. SeniorDoc started the GUIDE program process for my 90 yo grandfather with Dementia in August 2025. We did assessments, filled paperwork, got documentation, all the things. They then proceeded to STOP communicating with us. They responded to no calls, no emails made by myself and caregiver agency management. Because of this, we started with a different company to process GUIDE enrollment and services.
