I went into Geisinger Dermatology at Woodbine today for a necessary Mohs surgery for Squamous-Cell-Carcinoma. My doctor was Dr. Ramsey, and he had an assistant doctor and a nurse work with him....a fine triolet of caretakers. They did what was needed and we had a nice chat as they worked on me. I felt like I was in the good hands of experts and experienced care for a tricky operation. And no offense to the woman who gave Geisinger Dermatology a one-star review and called it a "chop shop," but these fine folks did a great job... read more
I drove 1.5 hours to see Dr. Mowad and left in tears… I’ve had the same eczema spot for 7 months and have been treated with nonstop steroids, which has led to steroid withdrawal and made my skin so much worse with spreading eczema… she did not listen to what I have been experiencing and at the end of it just prescribed me a larger tube of a steroid…she was in the room a total of less than 10 minutes, she scratched my arm with the end of a cotton tip applicator and wanted to see if I developed a rash and left the room.
