Staff is cold and uncaring. Doctors are distracted and distant. It feels very production-line and cold (NEXT!).They ask you for questions and then, loudly, talk over you as if they want to get through your appt without them being delayed. If this is the current state of healthcare in the area, we are in trouble. Avoid! My dog got better care at the vet office. If you can find another urologist, do so.
