Receptionists , nurses and Dr Mattei get a star. You never see your PCP and hardly the same PA or whomever twice. Last time I was there I was asked "What do you think is wrong?" Wait what?? Find yourself a doctor in a single practice. You'll get one doctor that knows your health issues and not guess like the others. I did and haven't looked back.
Never had an issue here with the onsite staff however, the billing department refuses to fix coding issues with blood labwork. I had to pay $1,000 bill that should have been covered. Staff there told me this is a constant issue with the billing department and patients being stuck paying out of pocket.
Unfortunately, primary care. I have not had any good experiences with the doctors from this location. For example, I recently met with my doctor and I asked her if I could be tested to check for any deficiencies. She told me we don’t do that sort of thing, come to find out I’m anemic. As a cancer survivor , kinda losing hope trying to get any care. Although the urgent care at this location has always been excellent.

Always have a good appointment here. I get blood tests fairly often and recently had doppler on my legs. They accept my Medicare, have the services I need so I don't have to drive way out of my way for anything, and the nurses and techs are friendly and efficient and professional. They do need .ore handicapped spaces closer to the building, and they need to fix the parking lot, which is very pitted.
