Over 2 weeks ago, I was treated for a toe infection even though it was gout. I was specifically told it wasn't gout but a result of a bad pedicure & given antibiotics for celulitis. After a lot of pain & frustration that I could not resume my normal activities, I then went to St Luke's Urgent care, was given the same diagnosis & given more antibiotics. I Have No words and do Not even know where to Begin with this review. I was in the ER night before last haven’t been feeling well felt a little disoriented and was having chest pain and spine and hip pain. My mother and niece went with me I was taken back into a room asked questions I couldn’t really answered because there were 4 nurses in the room one on computer and 3 all in my face while I was getting into the bed. I would absolutely not recommend this hospital. At least the ER department since that’s where we encountered all of our issues. There is no sense of urgency. Patients screaming and crying, waiting hours for any kind of care, usually only to be told that nothing can be done after waiting all this time and to take it up with a PCP. They don’t actually want to treat you just let you sit in the room for hours. Doctor came in to offer more medicine and crackers to have something in stomach. Had to call in because the never sent the scripts to the pharmacy the staff that answered the phone was rude one girl while I was trying to splain just left me with talking and transfer me the man that picked up after was just as rude and dismissive He said yes they where sent I told him that I just spoke to the pharmacist and know for a fact they didn't get it he said well if they didn't get it she can call us and that was that's no politeness and just sounded unbother to answer my concers.
