Bf Went in to get thorns from a Catus out of foot from the beach a week prior. Didnt work its way out and got infected, was told to go get them removed. Everyone was nice up until the dr came in. She was very rude, didn’t wanna cut the thorns out, and wasn’t taking her job seriously. Very very rude, could tell she just wanted to go home and give medicine instead of cutting it out.
Scheduled an appointment so we didn't have to wait with a sick 21 month old. It says online, "schedule and appointment, skip the line". This, in fact, is not true. We arrived 20 minutes before our appointment time. 3 others had been checked and brought back before us. We were brought back 45 minutes after our appointment time, over an hour since our arrival. Why even schedule an appointment then?
