Scheduled an appointment so we didn't have to wait with a sick 21 month old. It says online, "schedule and appointment, skip the line". This, in fact, is not true. We arrived 20 minutes before our appointment time. 3 others had been checked and brought back before us. We were brought back 45 minutes after our appointment time, over an hour since our arrival. Why even schedule an appointment then?

Never ran into any big issues, walk in, register at the kiosk, confirm coverage with person at desk an few moments later called back to take care of whatever issue i am having, i usually go here if i cant see or get into my primary care Dr. fast enough. The Lab techs are friendly and i'm usually in an out pretty quickly, except on days my viens aren't cooperating. Very happy to have this so close to home!
