They sent me for a "rush" test last Thursday, a week later I still have no answers. I work in a secure facility and cannot answer my phone during work hours. They are refusing to answer my questions over my chart. I should have known this doctor (Frank D'Amico) was going to be an issue when he "joked" about solution for my swollen testicles was castration. dr. d' amico is great...makes you feel very comfortable...walks you step by step with every process and answers all questions
The urology department was absolutely top notch! The staff were so nice and Dr D'Amico was fantastic, great beside manner and actually listens to his patients. Highly highly recommend urology care here!!
