Such a great hospital the doctors and nurses are so wonderful.
UNBELIEVABLY LOW COSTS. I SAVED $50 ON ONE RX BY SWITCHING FROM CVS TO CARESITE. AND ALL OTHER RX's HAVE THE SAME SAVINGS. I DON'T KNOW HOW THEY BEAT ALL THE OTHER PHARMACIES IN THE AREA I ONLY KNOW THEY DO. I AM A CUSTOMER FOR LIFE.
Dr. Kim is very friendly, and professional every time I see him. I trust him 100% with my cardiac care. He is very knowledgeable, and is one doc. that is not quick to push medicine, or unnecessary procedures/testing. I would not want to see any other cardiologist!
You won't be treated, but they will get paid anyway. Father had cancer. Tried to get them to treat him. They said "send his file." we called back. They lost it. Sent it again. Lost it again. Three times this happened. Had to wait weeks between each time while they "reviewed his records" only to find out that they had lost them instead. He died while waiting for someone at this facility to learn to use the fax machine. Please, go anywhere else. It's worth it. Reception & front desk staff is extremely unhelpful, unprofessional & rude. Do not waste your time & go to another Geisinger clinic
Have so much trouble to get test results the staff don't give tests to doctor to review and call patient with results also staff is not nice at all to women only men
All Geisinger facilities enjoy torturing patients by making them stand in lines checking in and checking out. I am healthy and don't mind. My heart goes out to those who find standing painful. They had check-in kiosks here which were quick and efficient. but they've replaced them with people, long line corrals, and slow computers. Lose-lose for everyone.
