Dr. Elise Mester literally saved my life. I came in with a viral infection after sitting in the ER the day prior for 8hrs with no service. Was in bad shape. She has made a conscious effort to try and get my diabetes under control. I have moved all my children to her. She still cares about family medicine and people!

05/06/22 I scheduled an appointment here via MyChart for an acute visit. The ancillary staff members were wonderful — registrar was friendly, the medical assist was thorough and attentive and behaved with genuine concern for this patient. The provider is where I’m concerned. This provider did not introduce herself when walking into the room. She presented has unconcerned, overwhelmed, and dismissive. We have been going to this place regularly. One big issue is that the doctors submit incorrect claim to insurance so that the patient gets billed. I went there for COVID treatment in April, the claim was submitted as general visit. COVID claims are covered by government and inspite of several calls, I was billed for this visit. Now recently, I went for annual visit which is 100% covered and the doctor submitted this visit as a followup to COVID (which happened in April). Once again, I am being billed for annual visit.
