Dr Worthington is the BEST I LUV her and so does my kiddos!!!! Genuine compassionate empathetic kind and caring!!! The only thing I would change is I wish she took on adults because I would go to her in a second!!!!!!🩷🧡🩵

I absolutely love Dr. Rickard and trust her with my children’s health. She always takes her time during the visits and is very responsive to messages on the patient portal. I do however want to mention a few things about the Geisinger office that have nothing to do with the provider. The office: could be cleaner, the bathroom is filthy. Appointment reminders: They will call you, text you, and email you MULTIPLE TIMES about an upcoming appointment. It’s actually insulting. Tried to reach back to report Megan from your call service. I did record the way she spoke to me. It was unbelievable. I don’t know how you guys are allowing somebody like that to answer calls for parents with sick little kids. The doctor never put through the inhaler and I’m bottling with this passive aggressive condescending customer service representative they have and it was unbelievable to the point. I love my children’s doctor but it’s been terrible experiences the last couple of times with the waiting I been there for over an hour with not being seen it’s unbelievable.
