If I could give less than a one star rating I would! Only dealt with snobbiness one time from one of the front desk personnel but it was a while back, however, the wait time is ridiculous! Today just for a simple weight check with a nurse (who was actually amazing by the way) we waited over half an hour to be seen! And Dr. Lena herself mmmmmm the things that I leave unsaid I’m sure speaks for itself, we’re switching her doctor is where I’ll leave it!
Unorganized and unprofessional. Kept coming in our room and asking who we were and who we were waiting for. Never on time! Sat here waiting well after our appointment time to be told "there's a few more people in front of you waiting for the doctor".
My daughter is 2 and she LOVES dr. Giannotti. Dr. Rickard and Dr. giannotti are so thorough, quick, and very informative. I love this office!
I’m not sure if Jordan is the call center or a part of the doctors office either way my compliment is to Jordan who absolutely just made my whole day. I called and literally just took at least 25 minutes of her time just babbling on about some thing unrelated to what I was really calling for and not once did she rush me off the phone she gave complete interest in everything I had to talk about and yet again I feel so glad that I left the office I was with I have yet to feel like I made the wrong choice I had been with for ma... read more
