Generally I like this practice. I like a few doctors. Dr castellan and dr smith at least. Wait times are usually very high for dr smith when we see her, sometimes for castellan. But after today we may be switching. Their hours are 8 am to start. It’s been like that for some time. I called at 8 am and the message was their automated “ after hours triage nurse line” message- basically telling me that I called during hours they weren’t open. If you have a sick child don't even bother trying to get an appointment they are always booked. Just go to urgent care. If you make an appointment in advance for a yearly you will be fine. Waste of time for anything other than that!
