Went to the office, they sent me the wrong (expired) prescriptions from 2 years ago, so my glasses order was rejected. My glasses are broken. After a week of calling the office and no one picking up, no message of out of office, nothing. Finally they answer. I asked for them to send the updated prescriptions so I could order my glasses. They said they would leave them in a mailbox and their mail was on hold as they expect to be out of office for at least another week. I go and pick it up- and it has another out of date expir... read more
