I made an appointment to get any neck checked up and possibly an MRI appointment. When the week came they changed the appointment and for my second appointment they tried to cancel it because they thought it was just a follow up…. I just wanted to get my neck checked because I can’t sleep or hardly do anything with the pain. I was in a car accident so I was told I needed MRI’s for my back and neck, because I was injured… they refused to help me get an MRI for my neck. If I could give less than one star, I would. Pictures say a thousand words. The last picture is a properly placed disc. The first two pictures are of the surgery Darren Jacobs performed on me. He used too large of a disc and as you can see, it’s not even placed properly (as it doesn’t fit) and it’s taking up far more space than a disc should, compromising my entire spine.
