Will never go back nor would i ever recommend this place! Dr. Ortiz, I believe was his name, didn't help at all. My hair was falling out in clumps! My neck had and still has been randomly itching on back left side, He blamed my "horomones". Didn't test for anything and left it at that. Come to find out, after I had given my shampoo and conditioner to a friend because I got paranoid with it and I warned her, some piece of **** had put hair removal in it. So remember, if a "dr."
