Staff is nice, however if you get Dr. Laccarino, I would recommend asking for a different doctor. I have been suffering with GERD, and I went to see him for that as well as other issues. Most of those issues were glanced over, and blown off, and he put me on omeprazole for the gerd, stating get ahold of him if it doesn’t improve. I waited a week, messaged him on MyChart, and didn’t hear back for days, did the same thing, and still didn’t hear back. I got the flu and asked for a z pack. I was told by the nurse that I have to get an appointment because they won't give me antibiotics without one, but nothing available because of holiday so I should go to urgent care . I don't understand what is the point of having a family doctor if you can not get appoint to see them when you are sick. You might as well start using a urgent care and ER rooms for your family doctors because you will be dead by time you are able to get appoint with this practice.
I have a new doctor and he's very nice and his name is laccarino and I really like him and he does help people when they are needed
Both me and my son go here. Our appointments our always super fast and we are never in the waiting room for long.
Went for my first appt today and I had a great experience, I was nervous w the reviews of this place. Ronnie was super nice and the other staff were super friendly. The office is nice and clean as well
