The young girl that checks you in on second floor is NOT friendly! This girl should not be talking to the public. You might as well have a robot to take her place. She couldn’t be bothered to even leave her chair to help me. I am the ONLY person in the waiting room! I guess playing on her phone is more important.
Terrible care and inept leadership from Dr. Luxardo. The level of care Geisinger has stooped too is frankly sad and unfortunate.
i went pretty late at night (6:30pm) for a clinic at least , shortest wait for a doctors visit especially as a walk in. the three staff ladies i had were very sweet people. can’t complain about really anything as a walk in at least.
