I had a virtual appointment with Dr Jennifer A Myers. I was dismissed and found inaccurate statements in my chart. I experienced a severe reaction to a prescribed medication and came to this clinic for help. The staff brushed me off, and the doctor documented things I never said. Overall, this is an excellent hospital with highly-trained staff who collectively provide great expertise and quality of care! For the most part (unless you have something extremely rare), you will have a great experience here at Geisinger. However, if you feel that your care here is lacking effectiveness, I would highly suggest switching to another hospital (such as UPenn or CHOP in Philadelphia).
Waiting forever. Would not recommend.
