First off if I could give 100 out of 100 stars I would. I dont know why people leave negative reviews about Geisinger my experience was nothing but top notch and here is why. My 2 year old had an MRI at Hershey and they found a retrocerebellar arachnoid cyst that was pressing on his cerebellum and his occipital lobe. I went to the Childrens Hospital of Philadelphia they told me to wait a year and then do another MRI then I went to Hershey and they told me basically the same thing. Please for the love of everything holy, have your staff communicate with each other. Was told to go to 3 different places for a blood test, then had my blood taken at the hospital by an old woman who's hands were shaking and causing the needle to shake under my skin. yeowch. The staff is definitely barely hanging on and jumble around without communicating anything.
