Love!!!! The employees are so nice !!!
Danville surgery center was absolutely one of the worst days in my life. They perscibed me medicine for aftercare that I told them I could not take because I have an adverse reaction to it. Nobody listened and the lady literally messed up my nose and now I have to have a second surgery, she was there to correct a deviated septum, and instead now, I have a protruding piece of cartilage sticking out of my nose between my septum and she took half my nose off against my consent, I am so disgusted by the care I received.I told hi... read more
They’ve been terrible about helping my care. Never go there. Best believe. Pray instead of relaying on these people who work here.
You really need to have your people who make appointments work on their empathy!!! A mother who is upset their child is having seizures and can’t get an appointment until mid December is obviously frustrated!!! Not once did I raise my voice! I was told I was being rude and she was hanging up because I was asking how they didn’t have any sooner appointments and asked if my child is just supposed to keep having seizures and they don’t care??? Wow. Just wow. Zero stars.
