If you care about your health please don't go overthere because they will make your pain worse. After what happens to my mom overthere I can't bring her back. They're very unprofessional, and they don't care at all. My story it's too long to tell, but they know exactly what I'm talking about here. Just good luck to you.
Like many people posting reviews, I've been with this office for years now. If you're not a patient here yet, do yourself a favor and don't. And avoid any Penn State medical facilities like the plague. My Penn State therapist told me how the company started an initiative and 2024 is supposed to be about doing better with customer service which we both had a laugh over because of how horrendous Penn State is. Very unprofessional I been going here for awhile looking for a new doctor now.. All their doctors are very rude.. They have a very bad habit of talking to you any kind of way I noticed at Penn State Health Medical group facilities... I will be out of here by New year and I will never go back .. They could care less about your health..Left me in knee pain over 3months... And before that was misdiagnosed...
I have been with this office since the early 2000s it was wonderful back then, now the quality of service that you receive is non-existent starting with the providers. You wait three to four months for an appointment and then they cancel at a moment's notice. They canceled on me for the last time.
I've been a patient for about 4 years. I've had to switch primary care doctors a few times. Dr. Basarahalli and Dr. Peter-fritz are both very unkind but highly reccomended for some reason. Though the office staff is very friendly and always go out of their way to help. I've had a few complaints periodically but I reccomend Mckenna Lenosky. She is wonderful and so very kind.
