Went in for a scheduled imaging test. No wait to check in, minimal wait to be called back. Dressing room was clean and it was nice to have the security of being able to lock up your things during your procedure. The procedure went as planned and the tech informed me what they were doing before and during the test. When done all I had to do was change and get my belongings from the locked closet. No check out needed. Very nice and easy visit.
I'm really happy with the woman at the front desk. I came looking for a copy of my MRI. She jumped into action, took my request, and said give me about five minutes. The VM hell I experienced last needs her administrating expertise to streamline that mess. Thank you
