Nice clean facility in a convenient location. X-ray tech is very friendly. It would be better if imaging and the lab were open on the same days/times. It's confusing when Google says the business is open at 7 a.m. but yet imaging isn't open until 8 a.m. Or they aren't even open at all some days.
We haven't been fans of the Penn State medical system for some time ( long story ) BUT heard good things about this location and staff so thought we'd give them a try. Result at least changed our minds about Penn State primary care. Not just one person but the entire staff were warm, friendly and helpful. Short wait, doctor genuinely interested, nurse same. They also do not push the usually battery of tests on new patients, just blood work which was also swiftly done. Would recommend!
The staff was incredibly rude and inconsiderate. Will be looking for a new doctors office asap.
People working there are extremely rude With nasty attitude I will never go back there ever again
