Worst customer care ever. My mothers A1C is at 10.2. Here glucose readings are over 400. Taken her to emergency room numerous times over last few months with issues. Left many messages today. FINALLY got a hold of a person that did have my phone number and didn’t even call me back when I accidentally cut call off , while sending them a picture of my moms Dexron unit’s glucose levels. Her numbers today were over 400. Do you think a fast acting insulin would be in order? These people obviously have better things to do then ten... read more

Terrible
Dr dionardo Medina and staff worst experience ever ! Went once and he ordered blood work and it’s been months now and i still have gotten no results and I’ve called many times !! I’ve talked to Michelle and others and I’ve left messages! I’m told that lab corp did the blood work so they’ll have to call them to get the results ! If they ordered the lab work why isn’t results given to them !!! Why do they have to call lab corp to find them !? Dr dionardo Medina Encarnacion is the worst ! Stay away and staff is no good! Ordered me blood work on first visit with no follow up appointment! Never received results ! Wouldn’t check thyroid ! He refused ! Waiting many weeks for results ! No call backs until they call me back and tell me he wants me to redo all the blood tests again !!!!! Find another practice !!! Good bye !! Wasted my time ! Never again !!
