Literally have an appointment at 11AM, they call me and leave a voicemail saying that they are canceling my daughter’s appointment and rescheduled it for next week. Meanwhile I had to take off work already.

I was referred to Dr. Sirotnak by my PCP due to an ear issue. I will not be going back. He was unprofessional and dismissive. He also only looked into my ear for approximately 2 seconds. (I wish I was exaggerating.) I already had little faith left in the NEPA healthcare providers. This just further validated my feelings.
