Staff is so slow, and I understand making friendly conversation, but when you have a long line of people (some sick) waiting, it's inconsiderate and inefficient. They're also very nice with elderly people, and short and snippy with younger people. I've been here a few times now and each experience has been worse and somehow slower than the last
Best urgent care experience. The staff had me in and out in no time. Barely had to wait in the waiting room, and didn't wait long in the exam room. The provider was excellent.
I brought my daughter here for strep symptoms, and while the clinical staff were fine, the billing experience has been extremely disappointing. They accepted my insurance card with no mention that this location is out of network. I was even encouraged to approve a full panel of tests because they “should be covered,” including a COVID test. Insurance denied all of it, and I was billed over $1,100 for a simple visit.
