Came in @ 254 pm 2 ppl ahead of me and am still waiting a hr and a half later ......the wait time hasn't changed for anyone......and the lady behind the desk so proudly stated ......this will take til closing time ............They close @ 530 ......This is outrageous......we wait to be taken care of and charged thru the roof .....
I was very impressed by how thorough and caring every member of the staff was during my visit. I was pleasantly surprised how m at services were available during my visit. I can’t speak highly enough of the care I received for my injury.
I wasn’t sure about this urgent care because I had read a lot of bad reviews before my visit, but it turned out to be a very positive experience. Everything was quick, and the staff were very welcoming. I was able to get antibiotics for a tooth infection while waiting for my dentist appointment, which was still two weeks away.
Staff is so slow, and I understand making friendly conversation, but when you have a long line of people (some sick) waiting, it's inconsiderate and inefficient. They're also very nice with elderly people, and short and snippy with younger people. I've been here a few times now and each experience has been worse and somehow slower than the last
