I showed up 2 hourly early for my "reserved appointment". I thought they might be able to get me in early, as they have done in the past. People who came in after me got registered and seen. I asked the receptionist if she could tell me how long I would have to wait since I was hear before the other people. She said I should be seen around the time of my reserved appointment.
