Ni C CRNP, at care works is rude and condescending. Brought in my sons friend to get his thumb checked because it was cut by glass bc his pap smashed a cup on his hand. She scolded me for bringing him to convenient care instead of taking him to the Emergency room. Mainly bc they have to do a child line report. (too much work I guess) Maybe they need to make a sign stating if there is suspected child abuse take them to ER. Bed side manner needs to be improved a bit. Showed up at 7:40pm to be seen and the doors were locked!!! Should not advertise a time if it is incorrect
Terrible, you will die before you get treated. Even if you make an appointment online you'll still be sitting for 3+ hours after your time to be seen. Nobody at the front desk, absolute worst service ever.
Place is a joke I waited 3.3 hours and there was only 6 people in front of me maybe if you didn’t only have 2 doctors I’d go faster
