Very friendly very helpful they get u in out and the doctor takes his time with u to get better
I went on 9/23/25, I had to take my 6 year old son in. Even though the wait was pretty lengthy, I was actually impressed with the action of care that took place when we were seen . The gentleman at the front desk who registered us in was so warm and caring . He also administered a shot to my very nervous child and he did so well as my child did not freak out like I thought he would ! Went there for my finger laceration and they sent me to the e.r. to get 7 stitches. Paid 20 dollar copay there then 100 at e.r. emergency room didn't know why they didn't do it.!!!!!
It's not very convenient when they don't open until 9. Other than that, the staff are nice.WHY IS EVERYONE ON THEIR PHONES, CHATTING AND LAUGHING WHEN ZERO PEOPLE ARE IN THE EXAM ROOMS AND PEOPLE ARE WAITING !!??? I SHOULD HAVE BEEN A DOCTOR !!!! THEY SERIOUSLY NEED TO RECONSIDER A NEW NAME FOR ALL GEIAINGER FACILITIES!!!
