I needed to know if they gave migraine treatments so I wouldn’t need to keep going to the emergency room and I explained how a Convenient care plus was not around me . I had a rude person lecture me with a nasty attitude that no they do not do iv treatments and all they would give me is Toradol. All she had to say is “I’m sorry we do not offer that treatment do you need help with anything else” but instead I got an attitude making me more aware of the locations of the plus center and how they DO NOT OFFER IV TREATMENTS. • I ... read more
I wish I could make this place my primary care provider. They obviously ate much more availability than my primary is! There are two very young Doctors there who are so amazing and compassionate and the nurses are also very sweet and caring as well. I'm happy we have them here available for us when we need them.
Staff is always very polite and professional.....never had any issues here and it's always really fast....
This is probably the worst C.C in the area . They do not go in order , I had 2 people on front of me . Still wasnt seen until over 1:45 Min of starring at a wall. (Sick as heck) They don't care how long you wait. They take their time.
Flu test that was taken, was canceled for no reason by the provider and chalked up as gastrointestinal issues. Aka a bug, so now I can’t get antibiotics for something I’ve been sick with for 5 days. Why wouldn’t you check all the possibilities? 4 of those days I’ve been bedridden. I’ve had bugs before and they’ve never been this bad. Horrible decision making from that doctor. Now I know it’s the flu because my pregnant girlfriend also has it.
