Took my husband there at 1250pm to be seen for sob and chest pain was told they couldn't see him because they close at 145 for lunch and couldn't see him til after 230 .....if they can treat geisinger employees this way how are treating none employees..
Lots of fools here showing how ignorant you are, if you have a cold take some dayquil; you cant magically cure it by going to an office! If you're really sick or hurt go to the emergency room, these people are not here to kiss your wittle baby boo-boo and wave a magic wand to heal you. Go to a primary care doctor its 10-20× cheaper.
The doctors are always helpful but this office doesn’t seem to like to send claims into insurance. This isn’t the first time I’ve had to call the billing department to get a claim sent to my insurance. Be sure to double check your insurance copay with the bill you get from here. Which shouldn’t be the patients responsibility but this is just US healthcare now I guess. I even watched the office scan my insurance card but when I called billing it wasn’t on file. The ladies in here were so helpful, they were so kind to me and made sure I was okay. They were so understanding of the pain I was in and tried their best to comfort me. Im so grateful for them!
