I am at a loss for words, but I will express it as I feel it to be. I went in with multiple symptoms. Waking up freezing from fever to waking up soaking wet, sweating. Headache and body ache all the way into the dang bones. Ears are on fire and in pain that is unbearable to the touch. I went in having had a positive Covid test. I was told by Stefanie D. Dunk that there was nothing she would do, because Covid is just like a cold. My father died from Covid, not from a cold, so I was absolutely incensed. I then got a lecture about her definition of "urgent care." Knowing that I had tested positive, she had come in not wearing a protective mask. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone, as you may well pick up something worse than you went in with from at least one medical "provider."
They are wonderful highly recommend going there for help in addressing health needs
This place is ridiculous. Took my sister there today and the wait is ridiculous. There needs to be more staff and less wait time. This place shouldn’t be here if it’s gonna be that bad.
