Absolutely ridiculous. I go in 2 days into my sickness, knowing my body and that something is wrong. But im told by a Kelly thats its just a low grade virus and theres nothing they can do. My symptoms get worse and almost unbearable, so i go back 2 days later. Im now told i have the flue, i ask about a z pack, and am told that they can only give those if its caught earlier, but since im 4 days into the sickness, i have to deal with over the counter medications. Don't go there it's a waste of your time and money!!! I have insurance and there policy is it happened at work you have to go to the emergency room or occupational health. So much for caring for your health. What a freakin joke! So exactly what are they even open for. The front desk person had the personality of a pis ant!!!!
Our nurse Jen Henry was amazing! She was thorough and compassionate. I can not say the same though for the PA that saw my mother. David Hearn, PA-C was in and out, barely listened to what my mothers symptoms were and talked so fast you could barely make out what he was saying. If he were to see a person that was HOH and spoke that way they would have had no idea what was going on. He needs to slow down.
Dr stephanie dunk was great. She knows her stuff! Took the time to explain what was ACTUALLY wrong with my ear and even sent me more info on my geisinger app. Got the right meds this time around and im on the mend.
