Two terrible experiences with my elderly mom here. The receptionist needs a refresher on dealing with the public. met with an eye roll and a her again comment from the receptionist. Mind u were instructed to take her to urgent care. Off to the ER wipuld not bring my dog here

I went here for the Urgent care and they told me the Urgent Care closed few years ago.
It is very disappointing that you schedule an appointment time, verify the number of people in front of you when you arrive, and then have additional walk-ins taken before you after waiting over an hour past the appointment time. The response from staff was, “this is how it is at urgent cares. You should make an appointment with your family doctor if you want to be seen at your appointment time.” I will not go back to this facility again.
