Went to this Geisinger Satellite in June for the first time. I was greeted by Marsha(Receptionist) with a smile who was both efficient and kind. Michelle T.(phlebotomist) took my blood sample without any discomfort and Zoe the Technician efficiently did my EKG. For my second visit, I was greeted by Shantese Wilson another delightful person. Alison Galka set me up for my Urinalysis and luckily she was there a bit later which saved me from having to come back on another day. Two terrible experiences with my elderly mom here. The receptionist needs a refresher on dealing with the public. met with an eye roll and a her again comment from the receptionist. Mind u were instructed to take her to urgent care. Off to the ER wipuld not bring my dog here

I went here for the Urgent care and they told me the Urgent Care closed few years ago.
