Absolute horrendous customer service here. Do not recommend coming here because they dismiss your pain and issues. Even if you tell them what hurts and they know what the issue is and ask if what they are doing hurts when it clearly hurts. Had to wait a long time as well to be seen to be told what you already know. Barely checked you out before prescribing you with something too. Terrible if I could I would rate them a 0 out of 5 I would. Seriously do not waste your time there.
3 hours to be seen for a physical when you get here at 9am when they open. The door also was locked with people inside so someone had to come open the door for us. We weren’t the only ones during that 3 hours to have this issue. Next time I’ll go to a non geisinger facility. Told it would not be a long wait time but last time I checked, 3 hours is a long time. Do not believe the graph on here that says “usually not busy” - they seem to have maybe one doctor so that not busy will be making you wait 3 hours.
You are literally kicked out from 1-130 while they take lunch.
Don’t waste your time preregistering and holding your spot in line because they don’t honor that system. You will still wait hours regardless. They actually tell people that when you call. Update-Some major changes have been made at this location. New staff who are much more attentive. Wait times have decreased even with additional volume. Very happy with the updates.
I don’t like to complain but without knowledge of problems no changes are made.. Scheduled appointment 1130 Check in 1120 Receptionist says there is one more before me, (lobby is full) I wait in my car.. at 30min I call in asking how much longer.. I get “your next” 55 min after scheduled time they message to come in. Nurse and receptionist are socializing as I’m standing there waiting.
