Amazing staff and such great care!
I've been using geisinger for well over 10 years. The doctors have been phenomenal. However, when calling in I've found the service to be lacking. I've been either given incorrect information or just lied to. This has happened on multiple occasions.
Everyone was very nice and they got me back super fast. The staff was great!
If you know why you're going its wonderful. I registered in advance and took my son in for an ear infection. I was in there less than 20 minutes. In that time they did all the normal medical procedures and the script was written and sent out to the pharmacy before we exited the building. Very fast service.
Took my son for a tick removal. Very nice people, respectful, and friendly. We waited only a short 2 minutes. He was in and out in about 10.
