What a joke of an ER… sat around for hours and hours with no information or updates

I sat in the waiting room for the er for 2 1/2 hours with my wife who was in excruciating abdominal pain. The wait time was to the point where other people were leaving. We then got moved to a hallway bed where we sat for 3 hours and the only person we spoke to was the receptionist for insurance information. The nurse did not come introduce himself. My wife was never checked on even though the nurse was walking by her bed every 5 minutes. Others would come in and get put in the hallway bed next to us and get immediate care. ... read more

Absolutely horrible experience everytime i go here. Always waiting in the ER waiting room for 3 plus hours went there the other night with pain on my right side which i knew was an ovarian cyst as i have a history of them due to my PCOS they wanted me to do a CAT scan which i NEVER get done for this issue it’s always a transvaginal ultrasound so i declined it. The nurse at the desk in the waiting room was rude as heck but they always are. I don’t recommend going here at all
