Treated my father very unfairly. And when i called to see how he is doing because i was 2 hours away from him they wouldn’t pick up and when they did they would hang up on me and not give me any information while i was waiting worried about his health. Mind you he fell off a roof and i called 5 times and they wouldn’t give me any information.
Some stuffs on front desk is kind of doing reciest and some stuffs was not bad too.I recommend don’t go ER ,need to be progress more ,go other hospital for better treat ment
My 89-year-old mother has waited on a gurney in the ER hallway for a day and a half just to get into an exam room. She's waited in an exam room for 78 hours to be admitted to the hospital. And still, this is the best NEPA has to offer. Try not to get sick or old because we screwed here in Scranton when we do.
Wife was in the ER for chest pain and difficulty breathing due to having covid. Left her in the waiting room for hours. Completely unacceptable. Good thing she wasn't having a heart attack.
