I love the treatment that I received from this dr.dahlia Thorpe came into the ER in Geisinger Orwigsburg This doctor was very caring and understanding made me feel comfortable and very attentive and listens well. Best treatment that I have in Geisinger so far. I wish she had a private office, would definitely switched to her

Have concerns a potential cserious matter. No one calls back numbness and tingling in all extremities especially when turning neck makes worse have next issue don't know what to do no one ever calls back

This office can never get a referral done in a timely manner. It takes a fee weeks and multiple phone calls, for them to finally complete the referral and get it to my insurance company to be approved. Meanwhile waiting in pain!

Llegue a mi cita a la hora prevista y había nadie en el lobby, todos estaban conversando la parte de atrás y nadie se dió cuenta de que yo estaba ahí, no es sino hasta 10 minutos después de llamar y tocar para avisar que había alguien, fue que una persona salió para decirme que me sentará, que les iba a hacer saber al doctor y las enfermeras qué yo estaba ahí. Pésimo servicio 😡
