This office can never get a referral done in a timely manner. It takes a fee weeks and multiple phone calls, for them to finally complete the referral and get it to my insurance company to be approved. Meanwhile waiting in pain!
Llegue a mi cita a la hora prevista y había nadie en el lobby, todos estaban conversando la parte de atrás y nadie se dió cuenta de que yo estaba ahí, no es sino hasta 10 minutos después de llamar y tocar para avisar que había alguien, fue que una persona salió para decirme que me sentará, que les iba a hacer saber al doctor y las enfermeras qué yo estaba ahí. Pésimo servicio 😡
I have been a patient at this clinic since 1998. Dr. Kozlowski is wonderful, caring, & listens to your concerns/issues. Since she has relocated to a clinic an hour away from me, I decided to change doctors just to stay at this clinic…. Somebody pulled a random name out of the hat & assigned me to Dr. Gupta. First visit, which was also a ‘Wellness Exam’ for my insurance, she acted like she had no personality & that my visit was a bother to her. It’s very disheartening to say that the medical system is failing us! When you are sick, you want to go to see your PCP who KNOWS you, who you TRUST. BUT then you call and they say we can’t get you in for days! FOR DAYS?? You talk to a nurse, and never receive a call back. By now you are really sick. So you are forced to go Urgent care. They give you some medicine… that is not enough to help you BTW, and say if you are not feeling better, make an appt with your PCP. Really? My PCP is awesome but only sees patients for wellne... read more
