Bathroom reno ? No worries, you can get EVERYTHING here ! Bathtubs, toilets, tap ware, grout, glue etc, and, tiles :) staff friendly, helpful, patient to ensure you are happy with your choices. Our first reno during covid and we came back recently for our 2nd bathroom reno. Convenient. Easy. Happy.
Absolutely love this tile shop - they sell the cutest quirky stuff have Reno so many rooms with their tiles and they are so amazing for the price
My husband and I attended this store last week and was helped by a young lady. She was extremely helpful as my husband and I were still deciding between different tiles. We were able to take samples home and ended up returning 2 days later and was helped by an older gentleman who was also very helpful. Both these staff members went above and beyond with service and we very much appreciate it. Amazing store and amazing service!!
Poor service. Walked in looking for about 35sqm of tiles. Young female sales assistant just pointed to where I could find outdoor tiles, then walked away. I then found something I liked and asked for her to check stock and if I could have sample to check it at home. She said they had stock but no samples. No other solution was offered. So we just left and bought somewhere else. Not sure how you're supposed to check if the tiles are the right colour without some type of sample.
