My husband and I attended this store last week and was helped by a young lady. She was extremely helpful as my husband and I were still deciding between different tiles. We were able to take samples home and ended up returning 2 days later and was helped by an older gentleman who was also very helpful. Both these staff members went above and beyond with service and we very much appreciate it. Amazing store and amazing service!!
Poor service. Walked in looking for about 35sqm of tiles. Young female sales assistant just pointed to where I could find outdoor tiles, then walked away. I then found something I liked and asked for her to check stock and if I could have sample to check it at home. She said they had stock but no samples. No other solution was offered. So we just left and bought somewhere else. Not sure how you're supposed to check if the tiles are the right colour without some type of sample.
Really helpful staff, couldn’t fault them for just the right amount of attention and advice. Prices were best we had seen after a long day tile shopping. Definitely go here first and save yourself a lot of time and money.
Friendly staff. Tim and Lachlan were very helpful on our first visit. Change of mind saw us back there. James helped us with a new selection. Thanks guys. Great service and great staff.
