I’m writing this review not as a consumer, but as a citizen that lives next to this company. I’m writing this because it speaks volumes to the administrative / management / customer service department. We had a noise issue coming from this building that was really disturbing our newborn baby. I brought this up to management (honestly not thinking it would be taken seriously at all), & to my surprise, it was. They fixed the issue in less than 3 weeks & now we don’t hear a peep. Sean is not the honest guy with values that he pretends to be. I thought he was too, when he convinced me to come work for him. Went down twice for an interview and to see the shop. I had two job offers, but I really wanted to get back in the offroad industry. Sean said that he would match the other offer I had, and we shook hands and set a start date two weeks out so that I could transition out of my other job. Halfway through the two weeks, he TEXTED me to tell me that he "can't hire me at this time." I had already turned ... read more
