Great communications and service! I worked with them on some trouble with our GE fridge, and they came out as scheduled (right down to the hour), carefully diagnosed any issues, and shared plenty of helpful info. These folks are now my first point of call for any appliance issue.
Professional, he came prepared and changed out the heating element in a dryer that saved us about $1,000 and the dryer works better than ever. And he cleaned up all the mess and there was tons of it behind the dryer. He had his own vacuum 👍💯
Schedule appointment online which was easy and convenient. Received a call that they could get to me more quickly! They handled the refrigerator repair the next day. Happy to report the refrigerator works like new. Great people…highly recommend them!
