We've now purchased a washer and dryer from Geis. Today we purchased a dryer. We called shortly after 9 am and it was delivered and installed by 10 am. They are helpful and we've had 2 great delivery and install experiences. Every person we've spoken to on the phone or in store has been very helpful. They have repeat customers with us, even if it costs just a little bit more than a big box store.
When I first went in I was treated well by heavyset guy who works there. My order was to come in a few days later. Problem is he did not inform and staff. And they seemed somewhat aloof and somewhat rude when I called to find out if my prepaid merchandise was there or not. Probably the same female. She was interested in some other guys that were in the shop and seem bothered about my coming in. She was short and curt.
