Geico Insurance has been a disappointment for me. I've been a loyal customer for nearly four years, paying close to $1,000 per month. When I filed my first claim, they asked me to submit photos of my car and provided an estimate of just $600 based on those images. However, when I took my car to the dealership, they assessed the damage at $4,000. I’m seriously considering filing a complaint with the BBB due to this experience. I would not recommend insuring your car with them.
