Geico has gone downhill. I cancelled all of my policies with Geico and moved to Liberty Mutual and Progressive. Having homeowners insurance through Geico as an agent is a nightmare, if you call Geico they tell you to call Travelers, if you call Travelers they tell you to call Geico, nobody knows what's going on. Cannot cancel policy online with travelers or geico. Geico AI Phone bot is absolute trash, it wants all your information, a bunch of questions, keeps you on hold, just to tell you they are closed and then hang up on ... read more
If I could give Geico a 0 I will. I have premium insurance, got into an accident with my car model 2025, use the shop listed in their insurance CarStar and they replace with very useful old in bad shape front lamps and radiator. When a car is less than 1 year old it should be OEM parts but they never accepted the demand of this my car has now damage parts that affect their value and don’t even feel safe driving with this horrible used parts. My husband and I had the misfortune of having both of our vehicles hit by a drunk driver who fled the scene on July 5th. My husband's vehicle was towed on July 6th. My husband is also active duty military who had to report that following Monday to his next duty station. My husband and I constantly left voicemails for our claim adjuster and received no response back. This has been the absolute worst experience I've ever had with an insurance company. One of your insured hit me and a month later I am still trying to get everything taken care of. I've been in a few accidents in my life and no insurance company has handled a claim this poorly. I will never use this insurance and I will always recommend that my friends and family do not use it either.
